ITmediaニュース：「イーパンク銀行」をかたる勧誘に注意
記事にもありますが、『イー「パ（丸がつく方）」ンク』であって、
『イー「バ（点々がつく方）」ンク』ではない、のがポイントなんだそうです。
単なる冗談メールだとしたら笑って過ごしてやる事もできますが、
単なる勧誘らしいので注意が必要との事。
例によって例のごとく、ぐぐるさんに聞いてみたらすでにそんな報告が
あがっているらしいですね。ですが、そんな報告に混じって
が引っかかってきたのがなんだか和めます。

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is needed to get set up? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I'm not very web savvy so I'm not 100% sure. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Kudos

Hi there this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding expertise so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
