裏にあるのは主に「めしや（ぉぃ」
コメントもらったので見に行ってみて気になったネタ。
たしかに。「裏山」はポピュラーですが、「表山」はほとんど
地名などで出てくる程度です。
さて、裏～、と言うと思いついたのは「裏庭」。
これを辞書で引いてみると
うらにわ家の裏側にある庭。勝手庭。
あ、勝手庭か。それならイメージしやすい。
多分この場合、表と裏は「家」を基準としていて、
表が南側、裏を北側としているのではないでしょうか。
無論そうで無いケースも大いにありますが、家を建てるなら
少しでも日の当たる所に建てたい物。そうなると表（＝南）
に山を背負うより、裏（＝北、勝手口）に山を背負う事の
方が多いのではないかなぁ。
・・・といいつつ、今日は天気が悪くて表も裏もない。むぅ。
