RD-XS53で思う細かな事

私自身はRD-XS53を使用していますが、一部は一般的なDVD/HDDレコーダー
にも当てはまる話です。
さて、私自身はパソコンで何でもやる、あるいはやりたがる性分です。
なので、DVDレコーダーというのはどうしても踏ん切りが付かないのも
事実でした。
ですが、今回買ってみて、少し使ってみた感想としては・・・
どうしてもパソコンでないとイヤ、と言う理由が無い限りDVDレコーダーを
買う事を強くお勧めします。
気になっていた画質も全く問題なし。と言っても我が家は画質については
無頓着なので元々心配はしていませんでしたが、それでもノイズが乗ったり
する事もなく、期待以上です。
操作については、正直ビデオほど気楽ではないので家族全員が気楽に
使う、と言う訳にはいかないのが少し困ったところです。慣れてしまえば
ビデオのような巻き戻しのような手間もないのですごく便利なのですが、
ビデオの予約が出来ない人にはやはりDVDレコーダーのリモコンはつらい
みたい（ボタンおおすぎ）です。
買ってから気が付いた点その１はテレビ。１つは古いテレビだと入力端子の
数がそもそも足りない。また、番組表など文字を表示する機会が多くなります
から、視力が弱い場合は特に大きい画面のテレビが欲しくなるように思います。
25型くらいでよいので薄型テレビも、もう少し安くなってくれるとうれしいですね。
もう１つはネットワーク。これはRD-XS53のようなネットワーク接続前提に
なっている機種だと特にそうかもしれませんが、やはりあると便利さが格段に
違います。RD-XS53の場合パソコンからも色々出来るのは、パソコン好きには
うれしいかもしれません。
結論としては
「テレビをよく見るなら、あんまり高級機でなくても良いから買った方が快適」
といった所です。
