PC環境更新計画(3) サーバマシン新設計画
『なにをやるにもめんどくさい病』なのに
計画だけは立てるのがたちの悪いところ。
とは言っても、前々からサーバマシンは
用意したいなぁ、と思っていたので、今回
サーバマシンのための部材がやっと用意できて
きた事で実現に向けて行きたい所です。
・CPU:Atom 320 (マザーオンボード)
・Memory:2GB (DDR2 SDRAM)
・HDD:500GB
・OS:・・・どうしよ？
ただ、こちらはめんどくさい以外にもちょっと
悩むところがありまして。一つは電源。サーバ
マシン用にと用意したケースには電源がついて
いないのですが、そのためにはメインマシンの
更新をする事で電源を転用しようと思っていた
ため、現状電源が無い、って事。
あ、結局これもめんどくさい病のせいか。
ほんと困った物だ。
もうひとつはOS。無難にWin XPにしておこうか、
Windows 7のベータを入れて遊んでみようか、
せっかくサーバーなんだからWindows Home Server
にしようか。
ちょっと考えてしまっています。現状手元には
Windows Home Serverが無いため、まずはWin 7の
ベータがどんな物か、試してみる事になりそうですが
予定は未定ですね。
